1. Delivery Area: Greenleaf offers FREE DELIVERY within the Tri-city area, including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph, with a minimum order of $50. If your order is under $50, a $10 delivery fee will apply. For orders placed outside of these areas, a minimum of $20-$40 delivery fee will be applied depending on the distance of your location from our local delivery area. Please inquire for exact delivery fee, and a minimum order of $100 is required. To avoid delivery charge you may visit one of our free delivery area to meet one of our driver at designated window time.

2. Delivery Partner: Greenleaf has partnered with Weedmaps since the beginning of 2018 to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery service. We strive to provide prompt and secure deliveries to your desired location.

3. Payment Options: We offer two payment options for your convenience:

   a. COD (Cash on Delivery): You can choose to pay in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready for payment.

   b. E-transfer (ETF): Alternatively, you can make a payment via E-transfer before your order is sent out. If you select the E-transfer method, please complete the payment prior to delivery.

4. ETF Refund Surcharge: Please be aware that any E-transfer refunds are subject to a 15% surcharge. This surcharge covers processing fees and administration costs associated with refund transactions.

5. Admin Fees and Packaging: Greenleaf charges additional fees for administration and packaging to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process. These fees contribute to maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.

6. Legal Compliance: Greenleaf operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and delivery of cannabis products. It is your responsibility to understand and adhere to the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

For unopened cannabis flower, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy within 3 days of purchase, ensuring you get the product you desire. However, for the safety of all our customers, vape products are considered final sale, given hygiene and usage concerns.
